Good for nothing

I recently submitted a claim and was told my claim is not valid and discovery paid the service provider which is a loat of ****, if this was true i wouldnt have to pay R800 for my consultations each time. So i went for another consultation on Wednesday and paid R750 cash on Thursday morning i submitted the claim but i am still waiting for my refund. I hav other medical bills to pay and need this R750 immediately. Reference ********** 139 & ********** 035, Discovery please pay immediately and stop passing the buck you are worse than labour brokers and it is sad how you de***** people of they hard earned money, every year our increase go to Discovery for what!!!!! when you have to pay cash for every little thing.
