Good day, I would like to commend the excellent service I received today from Val Govender. This was my second time calling regarding the same problem, and from the moment Val answered, she was friendly, patient, and willing to assist me. Most importantly, she listened to me and took the time to understand exactly what I needed. Val is extremely knowledgeable in her work and followed the company’s processes to the T, including contacting my husband to obtain the necessary permission to assist me. I was honestly reluctant to call today because of my previous experience, but Val solved my problem with such ease, patience, and grace.
