Good client feedback

Discovery called me today to provide feedback on my review on Hello Peter. Thumbs up for getting back to me! The consultant informed me that I did in fact achieve my goal despite isolating for 5 days of the week. However, I suggest Discovery review the position of not granting members leniency when they do not achieve goals due to possible Covid. It seems unreasonable to me that a person who is isolating and who has a Doctors letter should be penalized. I'm sure this will improve your service. All the best.
