Take your money? Yes. Answer your queries? Never!! It is impossible to talk to a consultant/agent. The auto answering system only applies to specific fields. Should you require anything else or different, bad luck, noone home at Discovery. And they call this customer service? I am trying to get anwers for a week. Keep calling and sending mails. Nothing back from Discovery. But taking your monthly fees and promising the world? At this Discovery is very good.
