Going the extra mile

I have a chronic illness and required hospital admission. Discovery whatsapp and call center aggravated me due to not being able to speak a human being, they seriously need to go back and have live human interactions and not chat bots, it is of no use and adds to my agrivation. Bongiwe Nhlapo and Mary Sikhakhane restored my faith in Discovery. These 2 ladies went beyond the call of duty arranging my hospital admission. They showed empathy and compassion truly understanding my medical condition and followed up regularly. They both deserve the highest accolades and praise. Talking to them really helped me and they were so patient with me. Discovery Medical should really reward these 2 ladies. Mary and Bongiwe may God bless you, you have restored my faith in Discovery. Well done and again thank you for going the extra mile. I wish I could only deal with you should I have to contact Discovery again.
