Going the Extra Mile

Hi <br> <br> I wanted to really thank Karen from your MedXpress call center for truly excellent service and helping me.<br> I've been having problems ordering my medication since August this year, and no one at Discovery seemed to know anything.<br> Karen, was a real angel. Even though its not her job to assist with my case (thats the case managers job!!) she took ownership of the problem, called me back every single time when promised and finally helped to place my order for my chronic medication. <br> <br> I cant thank her enough, and I wish that the rotten people who refused to help me for 2 months can see this, and learn that there are amazing people out there who still value their jobs.<br> <br> Karen, thank you so much again, I appreciate you from the bottom of my heart and I wish you all of the best!<br> <br> Regards,<br> Sheldon
