Going the extra mile

I just want to thank this lady for really going an extra mile, when I was transferred to her I was already frustrated but she listened to the problem before answering which is what most people in the service industry lack, she then acted & continued to give feedback by the time the issue was sorted my mind was at ease cause I was getting updates with every progress. To me Mandy is an employee of the year, she cares about clients & is very professional.
