Going from acceptable to terrible
Claim for a physio gets rejected because apparently I can no longer elect to go to a physio, but have to go to a doctor 1st to refer me to a physio. What a load of you know what. So in their effort to save money they're going to have to pay for a doctor visit and a physio visit. Wonder what genius thought up this brilliant plan.
