I had a difficult time completing an automated form on the discovery app. I phoned 2 agents and spoke to a chat bot none of whom could assist me or provide any solution. I phones a third time and spoke to Duduzo, he went over and above by assisting me, he was the only one who came with a solution and stated that he asked for an exception to be created and to allow me to complete a manual form. He displayed not only great communication and listening skills but also his competence with technical issues. Duduzo, if I was in control of Discovery's payroll, not only would I buy you a bells but I would also give you an above inflation raise as a token of my appreciation for you. Whatever you do I'm future, you will def succeed no doubt about that. Thanks again.
