Getting Authorization is a nightmare

Ive been trying to get authorization for a gscope procedure in a doctors room for the last 7 days.

No 1: When I initially called Discovery I told them that my Doctor is Dr Cook at Medicross Bircheigh and i supp**** the consultant with the contact telephone number. I was told to call back in 16 working hours.

No 2: When I called back I was informed that they send the form the dr Spies. I clearly told the consultant who my house doctor is and dont understand why this was send to dr Spies (I dont know Dr Spies and Ive never been to his rooms). I again told the consultant that my house doctor is dr Cook at Medicross Birchleigh.

No 3 I again called to do a follow up ... this time I was informed that a Dr Reddy at the rooms of Doctor Spies diagnosed with this condition. Again I have NEVER in my LIFE seen a Dr REDDY. Again I told the consultant who my house doctor is.

No 4 I called Dr Reddy's rooms and was informed that they dont have me on records and Megan at reception told Discovery that Im not a patient at their rooms

No 5 I again called discovery requesting proof. Now discovery cant supply me with proof????
