Getting assistance is like pulling teeth!

Oh my freaking goodness. Today is the third time ive cancelled an application with Discovery simply because the consultants take FOREVER to get back to you and then they have the most stupid requests like sign the page where the signature is already been put down. Honestly can someone just help me take out a Keycare Plus plan. It's for my mom. Or should we just go somewhere else since it doesnt seem that Discovery wants to help
