Getting a tax certificate is a nightmare

<p>I cancelled my Discovery Health plan in June 2015. When I login now to my Discovery account to download my tax certificate, I am told I cannot access this feature. I emailed Discovery and they say because my plan is cancelled, I cannot download it and need to phone them to request it. I live in the UK now so that is a waste of money. Why not let me access it online as I am entitled to my tax certificate???</p> <p> </p> <p>I phoned yesterday and spoke to a very disinterested chap who said their systems are down. I then phoned the same evening and was told it would be emailed to me immediately, but it is the next day and I am still waiting. So now I must phone a 3rd time and waste more money. Looking at the reviews of Discovery Health, whether it be claims or phone calls, they WILL cost you unnecessary money.</p> <p> </p> <p>Bunch of useless and *********** muppets. If they cannot simply email a document, I sure as hell would not trust them again with a health plan. </p>
