Get the right people for the right position

The problem with this scheme is that they've hired agents who care more about what they are going to earn come pay day rather than providing members with plans that complement their needs. Most of the agents are arrogant, impatient and lack even the basics that make a quality sales agent which is energy and passion. The less said about the *********** management team the better. Discovery needs to go back to the drawing board and revisit their values, maybe just maybe something will happen. Most importantly hire people with a passion for the job not some drama queens and your Mr know-it-all who show of plenty of arrogance and lack of skill in the job they do.
