gave me over for debt review when the problem is not even solved with Discovery yet

I am so fed up with discovery

I canceled my medical aid in February 2021 (I paid my medical aid in advance so if I paid on the 25th January it is actually for February) I received no email/sms/statement stating that I owe them money when I canceled (note I only used my medical aid 2 times with them) fast forward 5 months later I receive an sms stating that I owe them. I thought that it might be a **** because i should have received an email when I canceled back in Feb and also thought it is a bit strange that after 5 months they should have already contacted me. Then I received call after call that they are going to give me over to debt collectors (which they now have Shapiro shaik) If I did not settle my account. I asked them to send me proof that I owe them and for what... They send me an email that I owe them for claims in March 2021... that makes no sense because I was not with them anymore at that time. Best of all is I went to a GP and paid out of my own pocket for it, I then submitted to claim it back, they paid the claim without any problem and now they want the money back?

I'm trying to get hold of someone who will help me better understand this or to rectify this but NO ANSWER BACK! and best of all is that I now have Debtors calling me and the situation is not even handled yet with discovery. This is going to affect my credit score so badly that I have tried very hard to build just because of people *********** of doing their job.
