Obscure the state of claims behind their own clandestine internal systems. Probably running your claims through any number of internal algorithms to find any reason to deny paying them out. And then those claims are deleted without telling you why.

You can also be a client for twenty plus years but the second you have one late debit order they suspend your service. They will then send you an email functionally explaining how little they care if you live or die. The worst kind of late stage capitalism
