Gap Cover Activation
In October last year i called in to activate my Gap cover and advised that it needs to be deducted from my salary as my membership premium. January 2021 came and i was not deducted. I made contact with discovery and their advised that it will be deducted. I consulted my HR and they advised that discovery should have activated it on their side. Till today my Gap cover hasn't been activated.
