Gabriel Joseph feedback on my review of 18 April 2024 is NO SURPRISE

Following my review on 18 April 2024 I received the following feedback on 19 April 2024 from Mr Gabriel Joseph "I have looked at all calls in December and there is no call on your profile on the 22/12/2023. If you have any communication or confirmation for that date please send that to me" I have already requested Discovery on 27 December 2023 to get an statement from the person who took my call on 22 December 2023 In a letter dated 1 Febr 2024 I requested Mr Gabriel Joseph again to get a statement and provided him with the number that was called including date and time. Now he is asking again for it, Very convenient as the recording of the call might now be deleted already.

Reviewer Update
The below is an aotomated reply from Discovery. Actual replies on e-mail is super slow. Claims dated from 13 December and 22 December 2023 still not resolved. One of the claims rejected as per my claims history states awaiting proof of payment, proof of payment has ben sbmitted numerous times.
