Fustrating and dodging responsibility pathetic

My gynae requested a hospital authorisation and was assisted by lisa ref no ********** 695 hours later they have not still taken a decision i dont.knw why it just says no status supposed to be treated on the 22 may and i think all this are delaying tactics by discovery to not pay like they have done in the beginning it is fustrating considering the situation am in i cant even walk am in pain i dont understand the delay this is life threatening and they dont care they care about my premium not.my wellbeing
