FUNDS TAKEN OFF MSA FOR CHRONIC AND NOT REPLACED!!

Please sort out the chronic illness benefit issue? Our MSA has not been replaced from the fault of discovery charging us from MSA instead of the Chronic Illness Benefit for our routine bloods and medication. Please rectify this as it's now depreciating our MSA
