Funding more important than a life
<p>On the 8th of March I was sent to hospital for acute chest pains. when its time to be admitted I was told that it will take 16 working hours for authorization. in the meantime im still in pain. I was told that I must go to Helen Joseph. why must I go there if I have medical aid and paying for it. secondly today the 10th I try calling for authorization and no one is working. so much for being concerned about someones health and well-being. this is a disgrace. I still await authorization while I am sick as a dog. I want this to be resolved asap. we dont know when we will get sick or what will happen to us. thats why we have medical aid</p>

Yet again I have to wait. is it fair that I am told 'discovery' is a financial institution and that they will decide if they want to fund my admission or not. my health is deteriorating and discovery is still thinking if they basically want me to live or not. well done Discovery.
