Fuming

<p>I am writing this letter out of disappointment to the level of poor service I have received from Carstenhoff Hospital and Discovery Medical Aid. I gave birth in October 2015 and I received a letter from Carstenhoff In February letting me know that there is an amount that Discovery didn't pay. being the type of person I am, I called the number that was on the letter and spoke to a lady by the name of Renate who then proceeded to tell me hat she and her manager are going through the account in question and she would call me back. Two months passed without her calling me so I thought that the problem was solved. Boy, was I mistaken, I got another letter threatening me with lawyers. So I decided to drive myself to Carstenhoff to get more clarity on this matter. They showed me that the same amount was rejected by Discovery because it was a "non-medical" procedure. How was that "non-medical"when I had to get an emergency c-section? So I decided to call discovery and ask them about this account and they told me that the hospital sent the invoice too late, hence they did not pay. So I asked the hospital to send me the invoice that they sent to Discovery dated earlier as they claim, and two years later I am still waiting. So basically I have been taken from pillar to post by these two organisations. I then received a letter of demand from their lawyers to pay.
