Full Thyroidectomy - Chronic Declined

Classic DISCOVERY MEDICAL AID. Applying for Chronic cover, I send the letter from my surgeon along with the codes that they requested referring to my FULL thyroidectomy. and a form that my doctor filled in where he felt necessary, what more is there to explain I do not have a thyroid. However they have not approved it. The funniest part is they asked for my TSH AND T4 levels, , I take eltroxin to make them the right balance and the tests go through their medical aid every month. I had also left many messages for them to call but apparently they cant call out.
I was told that my doctor needs to maybe fill more history on the form and maybe that would make a change, so now Doctors have to spend 30 minutes filling in a form, that is still going to say, I had a thyroidecatomy. So I would have been ok if I had a hypothyroid but not if I don't have one.
The cost is minimal for my meds , its the principal, I will be taking this to the council of medical schemes
