Full of Surprises!!!
Had my account terminated in July because I couldn't change my package at that time. To my surprise months later (5 to be exact) I get a text saying I have been handed over to ITC when I was initially asked to make an arrangement for the payment 5 months ago and received no communication from them since!<br> <br> Thank you very much Discovery!

When there is an amount outstanding to the Scheme, we do send communication advising the member of the outstanding amount before the account is handed over. The general method of communication is through letters in the post. It is your responsibility as the member to ensure that your details are always up to date to ensure that you receive important communication through the various channels we offer.
