Full of SH*t AGAIN!!!!!

This is now the 5th time I’m on here complaining about you guys. You guys have wiped all my points on the discovery vitality app and can’t give me a reason why??? I have phoned and phoned over and over again you guys are useless and a bunch of sharks. It’s always a problem. And I waste money on phoning and paying for my medical aid through you guys and my vitality and I get nothing from it get your **** together and look after your clients and when you mess up this much offer something to compensate them
