Full Cover ? Seems more like NOT COVERED

Joined discovery medical aid , on the smart plan essential , brochure states I would be covered in full at certain network hospitals such St Augustine , Umhlanga Medical Centre etc , however when I see on the discovery app and website it states that there is no cover and partial cover ? I have emailed smart support with screen shots advising discover of this , however still seems the same ... Please rectify ASAP and inform me what is really going , am I really going to be covered in the mentioned hospitals on my plan or not as I do not want issues if I do have to get admitted ... In my opinion I think there are some *********** staff working at discovery as I had queried this many times after speaking to consultants at the call centre based in PE . I would not mention names , however I want this resolved or would find another competent medical aid. My view on discovery is no longer the same as I feel I am being **** too !!!
