full comprehensive cover means nothing

My last 3 claims, only about 5% was paid. I pay R8500 a month for myself only. I am a pensioner. My last claim for dentures was R26 735 and they paid R11000 and they took it out of my savings account for this year which basically leaves it empty for the remaining period of this year. This is complete nonsense! average price for dentures in South Africa starts at R8000, Discovery paid R1900 for 2. Tell me where can i go to get this done? and i will gladly go there! I am 78 years old and have been with you for the last 32 years. Most of those years have been claim free. I am expecting better service as I have been a loyal member.
