FRUSTRATION AND RIDICULOUS ,INEFFICIENT SERVICE

I have never been without medical aid for at least 25 years now and recently due to the problematic FEDHEALTH SCHEME,I decided to switch to DISCOVERY HEALTH. Their advertising and media exposure assures one that their service are beyond reproach and they are the best at what they do,I beg to differ.I have been frustrated by their inefficiency to transit my switch and continuously requested to submit documents showing proof of my medical history.I have responded to their request and have submitted CERTIFICATES OF MEMBERSHIP from all the medical schemes ive been registered with.After satisfying their demands im now told i have to wait 3 months before my medical aid is activated.This is ridiculous and i am on chronic medication should have access to the aid immediately. The monies are taken but the service is BULL ****......STOP MISLEADING THE PUBLIC AS YOUR REPUTATION IS DISGRACEFUL..
