Frustrating service from Discovery to change banking details

Been battling to update banking details via Discovery's online platform for more than 2 months. It is a disaster and none of the so called expert consultants can help me. Very poor service. If I do not get this finalized with ease i will be forced to move my medical aid elsewhere.
