Frustrating service from Discovery Health!!!!!

I was sent for a NIPT test by my gynae, for which i received an authorization from Discovery. The cost of the test is R6,500 and instead of paying from Maternity Benefits, Discovery has made this payment from MY MSA ACCOUNT!!!! Now my MSA account is sitting at R0.00. I have been calling discovery for over 2 weeks and each time the consultants keeps telling me different stories! I can't take my kids to see the doctor or do any specialist visit because i have no more savings. In addition to this, the AMPATH lab is sending me invoices for R353 which the medical aid didn't cover as part of the test due to insufficient funds in my account!!!

This is very disgusting! I thought Discovery was a first-rate service provider but clearly i was wrong. I just whis resolved ASAP and my MSA fully refunded!!!!!
