Frustrating service

8 months later I'm still struggling to get my specialist benefit to go see a gynea approved. I've seen this gynea for over 3 years, his operated on me 2 times. I'm just disappointed with discovery I'm in tears, did get my pap smear done last year and to check if everything is in order looks like it won't happen again this year. It is sad how you treat us
