Frustrating medical aid

Most frustrating company to join medical aid. Trying to join medical aid for 2 months now without any success. Already send the signed application 3 times, but all i get is a automated email. Called them as well and all i get is mam i will put you through to someone. Well after 5 different people that i spoke to and still nobody can help me.
