Frustrating and Impossible Refund claims

I have been trying to get a claim refund for over six months. That's appalling! And making former clients wait on hold for over 20mins at a time is just ridiculous and actually intended to discourage one from getting what is rightfully owed to them. No one has that kind o airtime. I'm so angry and disappointed in how you treat clients once they have exited the scheme.
