Frustrated with Discovery health

I have been with Discovery for a few months and am not happy, the company I am employed with switched us from another medical aid to discovery. My premature baby was hospitalized for 2 months in NICU her pediatrician's bill and lab work was not paid for after 28 days of her being in hospital. Discovery promised to pay and it's 4 months later and I am being served letters of demand.
