Frustrated Discovery member

I went for the Discovery Health assessment on the 26th of October 2020, at Thrive Pharmacy in Kloof KZN. I received an email from Discovery on the same day, giving an interpretation of the data collected by the Sister on duty. I am a non smoker and all my readings are within the goal perimeters stipulated by Discovery, except cholesterol which is slightly off. I understood why cholesterol was shown in red since the reading was 5.9. My waist circumference is 8cm LOWER than the goal waist circumference, indicated for my height, weight and age. Yet my waiste circumference was shown in red. I am 56, and 1.75metres tall. I weigh 68 kg and yet I'm told that I should loose weight. My waist circumference is 8cm LOWER than the perimeter and I loose points?? It does not make sense at all. My experience with telephonic queries and complaints is that you have to follow 5minutes of irritating voice prompts before you get to speak to a consultant. Trying to resolve this kind of complaint on the lower level is futile. I did write an email in reply to Health Portal email which I received from Discovery. I received an email in reply , unprofessionally written, referring me back to the Sister who did the assessment, suggesting that she made the mistake and that she should phone them. Please can you review my Health check results and make the necessary adjustments with your interpretation as well as the upgrading of our family Discovery Medical Status and points.
