Frustrated - Discovery doesn’t Care!

I’m so frustrated... I tried loading my repeat script on the app and online portal and it didn’t work for the past week and half. Then tried to call for a whole week, still with no luck...What is the point of the app if it won’t work or calling if they don’t pick up?! We are now struggling to get our prescription meds - It’s ridiculous!
