Frustrated by no call back

I phoned discovery 5 times yesterday requesting to talk to a person that can assist me, I held on for long but did not talk to anyone. eventually, I got through to Wendy Makhaya asked her to give her supervisor the phone and she gave her the phone. The supervisor promised to call me back and she did not. I still need to talk to someone from Discovery urgently .
