Frustrated by MSA Payout Timelines

I am not happy with the payout period shared with me when I called the call centre. When I terminated my membership to the medical aid at the end of June 2025. I was told that my MSA will be paid out after 90 days, after my phone call today, I am told the 15th of December 2025. The first time I withdrew my MSA it was paid out within 2 weeks or so.

So... there are mixed messages which is causing me unhappiness. Please assist...
