Frustrated

Good day

I honestly don't know why I must pay close to R3000 per month only for my medical aid to tell me they can't pay for a surgical procedure. I recently went for surgery to correct what was done on my ankle 21 years ago. I had to do this not because I just felt like it. I did it because I was experiencing difficulties as a result of this. Why am I now being penalised for this? What is medical aid for? What really annoys me is that the procedure was pre-authorised before I went to hospital. Why must I now pay for it? Where do i get that kind of money from? As if that is not enough, I must go for check up tomorrow with the same doctor you people are not paying. I will also need a moon boot tomorrow. At this rate I am really worried if it will be paid for. I'm going to take this up with my employer as well....just to make them aware of the kind of treatment we get from this medical aid.

Thank you Discovery for adding to my woes.
