From rude to poor service

Dear Discovery.

I am putting this onto hello peter, due to poor assistance from your side. An ambulance was called out due to a problem and now you don't want to pay for it because you are calling it a call out fee!!! This is just not on. I will never use ER24 ever in my life due to this poor service and the incompetency that is happening in this sector. From the guy in the ambulance straight thru to the accounts department ( rude by itself ) and now you guys that is not getting involved in this, you previously paid for this service and now you don't want to.

And don't tell me it is because he was not transported!!!!!!!!!!! What about other people that was not transported, you paid those bills. You have even paid previous bills that had the same situation, and then to top it all those bills cant be found all of a sudden
