freak accident last procedure approved payment den

I was in freak accident 31 jan 2015, had a tough year, lots of procedures done, was in icu. My last procedure was when i had to cap my implants husband sent out the last procedures quote and it was approved via email om the codes which discovery states are now incorrect. We paid in 37000 for last procedure and claimed back and recieved 1*** of that claim which was approved on those codes. We made a loan to pay this procedure because we were going to get payment back on which we claimed and was approved via email. We have 4 members ons this scheme we are highly disgusted because we wouldn't have gone forward with procedure if this was not pre approved. My accident was traumatic fell 5mm high face first in a compressor had swelling on the brain jaw fracture and needed facial reconstruction and had cocusion and lost my front teeth in my fall. I have photos to show my traumatic experience. And now discovery is making this more traumatic, we paid in lots more besides this problem i am currently discussing. I would not recommend them at all and wil not leave it at this, and will surely move my family from this fund. And all my other policies.thanks for making my life misrable
