********** Sale by Discovery connect

We have a free wellness program at work and it is on the Discovery app, within the app you are able to browse all other Discovery products. I browsed the Vitality site on the app to see how it works and I instantly started getting phone calls from Discovery connect saying that I requested a call back and showed interest in Vitality and I told them that was not true because I was just browsing to see how Vitality works and didn't ask for a call back at all. I said to them because I was still exploring the product, I would call them once I have made a decision on whether I want to sign up or not but I kept getting called by different agents from Discovery on the same thing. I got annoyed and thought I would unblock them once I am ready to speak to them because they called me at 10 - 20 minutes intervals which was really disruptive as I'm in work meetings for most of my day.

After I blocked them, on the 18th February they called my husband and said to him that they are calling to activate my vitality because I said "I was interested and they should speak to him as the main member on our Remedi medical aid (Underwritten by Discovery) to confirm if he gives consent as the premiums would be debited from his bank acc" he obviously fell for it because he knew it was something I was considering. They went through with the sale and said that he would be debited from the 1st March, like REALLY?

To make it worse, on their site they advertised that Vitality would free for 3 months if you sign up, they didn't even offer that in their ********** sale.

I want this ********** sale cancelled and no R379 should be debited from my husband's account because we did not sign up for Vitality.

This is most ********* thing I have seen by such a reputable organization, I am thoroughly disgusted by this behavior carried out by their staff.

The app is sending false leads by us just browsing, please fix that as well.
