********** deductions against my MSA

My statement reflects R277 as my portion which I am not aware of, so this was actually deducted on reflected dates without my consent? An amount of R587 was deducted from my MSA on 01\08\2020 which is still not paid to my account to date. I have sent through all necessary docs which was requested by your Claims Department and received no valuable feedback since my last mail. Called the Claims Department for assistance and their mailbox continues to be full which prevents me from leaving a msg. I suspect that I am being ****** WRT my MSA looking at the misaligned transaction history. The bot cannot assist and speaks a language of his/ her own which does not relate to anything which I need assistance with. The app does not reflect the above mentioned transactions either.

Bottom line is 'where is my money'?
