********** CLAIM ON MY DISCOVERY MEDICAL AID
I have received a claim process against my Discovery medical aid that I have NO KNOWLEDGE ABOUT at a no name pharmacy we are on a hospital plan but claims are going through on this plan which has no savings account I would like to know what is the pharmacies name that processed the claim and who signed for this ANOTHER ***** CASE I have sent emails to the forensic department and Discovery's claim department's for investigation but no answer

HOW DID THIS WOMAN THAT CALLS HERSELF ROBIN KRUGER GET HOLD OF MY MEDICAL AID DETAILS
I do not know this woman that's is making ********** claims on my medical aid I surely did not give her or anyone else permission to claim from my medical aid and I sure as hell did not have any conversations with her
Is this a inside job that patient details have been given to this woman
I need this investigated and I want this REVERSED
and in future NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED TO CLAIM ON MY MEDICAL AID WITHOUT MY APPROVAL
