I received an sms that my medical aid was used at Specsavers in Kagiso. I called you guys to stop the payment because that was not me. I was promised it will be done within 2-3 working days. Still today it has not been reversed and the only thing I got the claim has been paid even though I called immediately. Discovery i want my money back.

Its so funny thay you guys are busy with my query and am not getting any feedback. Am the one doing the calls . This is pathetic service. I hate the day I joined this medical aid. I have never been to SpecSaver Kagiso and i submitted the forms . I want my money please.
