Discovery had withdrawn my medical aid polivy ending February 2022 and sent me a statement saying I'm owing them R176. All the other bills for the hospital and gynecologist I had to pay cash which I made arrangements with them.thought it was settled there BUT NO DISCOVERY decided that they would reinstate my policy 6 months after closing it pay I don't know who and send me a new withdrawal letter stating I must pay them R3000 !!! . Further more when I asked why this was done the pre authorization reinstated my policy and made payment without my consent and then I recieve a email saying I'm being handed over to credit bureau for not paying them r3000 how ridiculous is this they Are big *****s!!!!
