***** on members claims

I AM SHOCKED and disgusted by Discovery AND Dr Struwig

Dr Struwig has been submitting claims for 2019 under my name / med aid number

I have not been to this Dr in 2019

When I phoned to query it with the Dr, they said oh sorry its for a Mrs Lucille Ten Oever.

And now yet again they are submitting claims under my med aid number

When I phoned Discovery claims now, I was informed by the claims dept, that there are no funds in my account, so it wasn’t paid in any case.

That is NOT the point

The lady in your claims dept told me that only check the med aid number when a claim is submitted and it is not Discovery’s job to check who the patient is or the patients ID number!!!

So in future, I have to go through my claim statement every month, because YOU do don’t bother to check who the patient is on a claim – you just pay according to the medical aid number!!!

How Shocking it this!!
