*****!!! *****!!! USELESS DISCOVERY FAIL TO ASSIST

I recieved a email saying i went to a doctor in durban and went to a doctor on the 20th of september and was reffered to have a blood test done at lancet!! "Mauff A C and partners .. they decucted R **** from my savings the referal doctor was DR Randeree .. the funny thing is that i live in johannesburg and was at work at the time... when i contacted discovery they had a rude attitude and failed to assist .. we gave been contacting them for over a week.. they say its our problem and they wont do nothing about it !!!! Discovery says they process claim without cerified id documents etc!! When we contacted lancet they gave me a wrong id number which means that they are doing ***** with my medical aid. They said they dont use any documents!! What am i supposed to do about this *****.. discovery is a bunch of ****holes... including lancet... they must take responsibility.. the person from discovery that was very rude and insulted me is::: her name is MUNIRA BERNKSEN from discovery.. she is a consultant .. the manager must know that they hired a idiot that connot assist customers because she is too rude!!! And useless!!!!!! What shameful service .. discovery just takes our money and promises good service but in fact they are all uneducated fools.. thank you youll with probably not do anything about this !! ***** ***** *****!!! Youll wasted 60min of my airtime phoning u people.. i will defnitely never refer discovery to anybody.
