Forced to use Medexpress but they are closed

We are forced to useMedExpress for our medicines and are requested to order on line and upload the script. After confirming the order we are promptly told to fetch the medicines from pick up point in 3 hours. My order was placed on Saturday 13 Feb 2016 and confirmed. Having not heard anything further I phoned to speak to someone in Medexpress only to be told that they do not operate after hours and weekends. Surely, when the order was placed this should have been advised. Also, in SA all pharmacies operate 7 days a week. Why force members to use Medexpr when they cannot provide the service. They should re consider their operating hours or request members to fetch their medicines from DIschem (who are actually Medexpress) if the order is placed over weekends without applying the levy. My medicines have run out and now have to wait until Monday morning happens over long weekends like Easter. Please re visit your hours and do not
