'For chronic medication delivery we take our time. It can take up to a month to arrive. We don't really care about this, it's our clients problem, not ours'

Ordered chronic prescription medication from Discovery. Was supposed to be delivered today while my domestic worker was at my home. No delivery. I called Mary at the help centre to ask where my delivery was. She said she couldn't help me because it was almost 5 pm and tried to blame the late delivery on me!

Reviewer Update
So I'm still awaiting delivery of my chronic medication (supposed to have been delivered yesterday). I got a call today promising it would be delivered. Also got a call from a 'manager' (Reivan) who assured me the delivery was en route and promised that a more senior manager would call me today to explain why they had once again failed to deliver my medication. So far neither of the above things have happened. Reminds me of the old joke: HOW DO YOU KNOW A DISCOVERY EMPLOYEE IS LYING? THEIR LIPS ARE MOVING....
