Following the trauma of the sudden passing of my kids mother. I had to deal with them going through counselling and adapting to a life without their mother the whole year thru 2018. I couldn't claim for the so called GLOBAL EDUCATION PROTECTER that their mother took with DISCOVERY to make sure that when she dies they still get the best education. I submitted all the required documents even the ones they were lazy to get from the schools. 1. DISCOVERY took forever to process the claim until I complaint and they started asking for LOBOLA proof which had nothing to do with the claim and to find out later they didn't need it after all. YES LOBOLA proof showing that the intention to come up with excuses was there. 2. On 12/May/2019 I received an email saying I must sent them my ID for them to process the payment. Only to be sent a rejection letter few days after. 3. As if that was enough *****ing from DISCOVERY, they paid for 1 child and declined the other children, basically they decided which kids deserves the education under 1 policy and the rest can go to hell. I am not only frustrated but angry because this was meant to benefit my kids hence their was paying for the policy. Is this how DISCOVERY makes money off deceased peoples kids future ? What else are we paying for that you wont pay ?? I need my kids to have a future that their mother made means for while she was still alive. she helped with provisions and it seems as if all DISCOVERY IS CONCERNED ABOUT IS MAKING A PROFIT AT THE EXPENSE OF MY KIDS.
